Earth Day 5K 2025

Join us for our annual Earth Day 5K to support The ARM Foundation, a 501c3 organization that exists to provide resources of healing to those who are grieving, through art, rest and movement. 

This 5K/Fun Run will be held at the beautiful Triple Creek Park in Gallatin, TN, right in the heart of Sumner County. The route starts at the Gallatin Civic Center and loops through the mostly flat terrain of Triple Creek Park, running beside creeks, trees and lots of nature, ending back at the Civic Center. All levels and capabilities welcome. Walkers will start 1 minute after the runners and everyone will have 2 hours to complete the course. Food truck will be on site as well as music and lots of fun!

Sounds of Summer

Join us for our second annual Sounds of Summer outdoor concert. Family friendly benefit concert, multi-artists, food trucks and sweet treats along the Old Hickory Lake in the beautiful setting of the Bledsoe Creek State park. We hope you can join us for a night of magic and music, healing and hope, laughter and love!

Artists: Headliner- Tennessee Mudd and featuring Janet Clazzy and Friends, Kyle Jones, Karen Ballew, Daisyland, Trenton Wheeler, Kayce Laine, Joanna Barbera and more!

Vendors: Prince Cheesesteaks, Taylor Made Sweets and more to come!

Grief & Loss Group

Join us on Valentines Day for a small group geared towards anyone who is experiencing grief or loss of any kind. No participation required. Feel free to just come and share a safe space on a day that can often feel isolating and lonely for so many.

Everyone is welcome. This will be a silent meditation honoring any loss you may be grieving.

We will start a silent meditation promptly at 5:10pm (CST)- this gives everyone time to enter, find a spot and get comfortable. We will sit in silence for 40 minutes, ending at 5:50.

Thank you so much for your interest in one of our upcoming event. We are so grateful for your support. The ARM Foundation (501c3) is a non-profit organization that serves those in relationship with grief through Art, Rest and Movement. These modalities offer healing, relaxation, and a sense of purpose to those who are suffering from the physical and psychological pain of grief. Your support means everything!

Please check back often. We are currently working with a group pf volunteers and will be adding several events such as Grief Groups, Yoga Classes, Pottery, Painting, Music, Breema, Hiking, Kayaking and many more soon.
